tl;dr - Yesterday, I got high for the first time. In movies, people smoke weed and they are fine. They just chill out and watch TV and it is no big deal. It felt like something was squeezing my brain. It felt like demons were going into or coming out of my head. I felt like I was being transported through different universes. I became hyper aware of every single sound and sight. I could hear and see everything. My thoughts were racing. It was very overwhelming and scary. I also felt a little bit sick, which I didn't think happens with weed. The whole time I was racing around my house trying to come up with plans to dispose of the evidence, and how to act normal if someone phones or comes to the door. I washed my clothes to get rid of the smell and I kept washing my hands. I throw the joint in the garbage can outside but then I was freaked out that maybe it was still lit and it will start a fire. I dug through the garbage and found it. Then I went to the park where they have metal garbage cans. I through it in there.

I was scared to take a shower because I might screw up the steps. Like, you are supposed to shut the door, take off your clothes, go into the shower, turn on the water, clean yourself, then get out and dry off. I was scared that I would get the steps in the wrong order. I did shower and I got all the steps in the right order.

I was wondering if I accidentally smoked some plastic with the joint, or maybe they used the wrong glue on the rolling paper because the factory ran out of the right glue, or maybe there was too much pesticides on that part that I smoked, etc.

At one point in time, it was causing me to laugh hysterically even though nothing was funny and I was by myself.

I could barely go up and down the steps without falling.

Can you guys please warn newbies? It was very terrifying. I can see why people call 911. Please, show them the superman clip so they know what they are getting into. There is nothing relaxing or calming about weed. This is why it is called the devil's lettuce.
