Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NYSE: ACB) has closed its previously announced amended and upsized credit facilities with a syndicate of lenders led by the Bank of Montreal. (NHS) has been named in a class action lawsuit filed in connection with a previously reported privacy breach of the Electronic Medical Record system used by NHS. “From the time we initially became aware of this issue, we have taken all the necessary steps to prevent a situation like this from happening again in the future,” said Dr. Mark Kimmins, President of NHS. “We continue to work with law enforcement and the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta in the ongoing investigation into this matter.”
