
I'm a 30y/o, 6"1, 175lb male from the UK suffering from insomnia (possibly caused by anxiety). After some research and reading a lot of threads in this sub, it seems like this may be best for my situation:
• Oil or tincture (legal in the UK if < 0.2% THC)
• Isolate or broad (not full) spectrum (because of low THC)
• Indica
• High in linalool or myrcene
• 100mg+ taken a couple of hours before bed
I'd be interested to hear from others in a similar situation and if this seems like a good plan. Also any recommendations on outlets in the UK would be great.
